What do you provide?

We provide quality streaming services directly through your internet connection. We implement relatively new technology used to stream thousands of live channels that are found on the internet to a compatible device or app. The internet has changed the world around us. Millions of people stream content over the internet and we provide you quick and easy access to those stream sources.

How long does it take for an activation/response?

We try to activate your service as soon as we receive your order, however due to a high volume of orders and inquiries, it can take up to 24-48 hours for an activation/response. We appreciate your patience.

Are your prices in CAD or USD?

Our prices are in CAD (Canadian Dollars). For all USA customers, please place an order by sending an email to dreamstreamtvinfo@gmail.com.

How many devices can I use per subscription?

Our subscriptions are 1 subscription per device as we can only activate 1 MAC address per subscription. One way you can work around this is change all your devices MAC addresses to the same MAC address that we activate for your subscription. Only downside about this is you will not be able to stream on more than one device at the same time.

Where can I find my MAC address beginning with 00:1A:79?

On all IPTV-Set Top Boxes you can find this directly on the sticker underneath the box.
For all android devices you would need to download STB emulator and follow instructions in our set up section. The steps are settings > profile > select the existing profile > STB configuration > here you will find the MAC beginning with 00:1A:79.

What is a MAC address and why do you need it?

You’ll quite often hear the word MAC address being used when on our website. So what exactly is it? A MAC address is simply a unique identifier code that is used to link our services with your device. The MAC address always takes on the form 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX (when you follow our instructions)
The MAC address can be found by following the setup instructions for your device. It usually requires you to download an app.
For some Multi-media boxes and MAG devices, the MAC address can be found under device settings or as an actual physical sticker on the box.
You will need to provide the MAC address when placing your order for a subscription. There is a blue field where you will be able to enter it in.

Do you own these servers?

DreamstreamTV does not own the servers that we promote. We are simply a distributor of this service. We scoured the internet looking for the most reliable and and affordable streaming providers and we were happy to have found DreamstreamTV. We do not download, host, or redistribute content of any kind. We have no control over what channels are added / removed on to these servers. DreamstreamTV offer the greatest selection of English, Sports and International content on the market and are extremely reliable and high quality servers.

What is STB emulator?

STB Emulator is the most common app we use for setting up your service. It can be found on the Google Play Store on all android devices.
If your using an android phone, android box, or Amazon Firestick you will be required to download and configure this app. The app is how you will access your service. It will generate a MAC address for you (which you provide to us) and allow you to enter and access our portal using our portal url.
The STB Emulator is available for free but the paid version comes without ads which people prefer to use.

My service won’t load. What do I do?

If your service won’t load and you think you have done everything correctly – send us a message.
Please be detailed in your email to us. Don’t just say my service is not working. We can’t do anything with just that information. In your email please include your MAC address and the portal url you are using. Include any message you get on the screen. Pictures of your MAC address, portal information and any error screen will help us determine if you’ve configured your device correctly.

Channels are freezing/buffering.

There are two potential causes for freezing / buffering.

1. User End – Most likely due to fluctuations / interruptions of the internet connection. The best method of viewing is to connect your streaming device directly via an Ethernet cable. There may be times of momentary lagging, please restart your device. Another issue might be that the device you are using is not necessarily that good in terms of RAM and ROM. It may be that you need to purchase a better device to experience strong service.
2. Server End – We strive to be the leader in IPTV when it comes to reliability and quality. Occasionally we may experience some issues with our host that cause some channels to go down or cause freezing/buffering issues. Please be patient and resist the urge to email us immediately as we do monitor the server and are aware of problems as they arise. If the problem persist feel free to contact us.

The one downside of our service is that we ourselves do not have the ability to repair the servers. We rely on our host to fix the issue. For $15.00/month ($0.50/day) we hope you are still able to see the value in our service and enjoy the other

I’m getting a message saying STB blocked.

I’m being asked for a username/password.

There are a few possible reasons for why you are being asked for a username/password when loading the portal or profile.
The MAC address you provided to us and the MAC address for your app/device do not match. Please double check the MAC address and send it to us again.
Your subscription is not yet activated. Please wait for an activation confirmation email before you attempt to load the service.
Sometimes, you just need to reboot your device or reload the portal for this message to go away.

To reload your profile for STB Emulator:
1. Select menu on your android box remote or select the top right hand corner of the home page screen to toggle a grey drop down menu.
2. Select Profile
3. Select Profile again.

My Portal disappeared on Smart-STB.

If your custom portal page becomes inaccessible on Smart-STB, it usually means that you were using the trial version of the app, and it has since expired.
You will need to go the smart-stb website and purchase a paid version of the app to be able to use the portal again.
Sometimes, when switching from the trial version to the paid one, your virtual MAC address can change. If it does, please provide us with the new MAC address and we will update your account.
It is also a good idea to regularly check the Smart-STB website as they post important information and updates regarding the app.
